Lead AI automation engineer. I build systems that connect tools that were never designed to talk to each other, and I keep them running once they are live. Most of what I work on is in production right now, handling real traffic for real clients.

An end-to-end system for a real estate client. Public website with listings, internal CRM for the sales team, an embedded chatbot and voice agent for customer enquiries, and WhatsApp automations for the team to manage listings from their phones. One system replaced three spreadsheets, a group chat, and a call log.

02

An internal tool for the Multiskills IT operations team, who needed a reliable way to track Microsoft license renewals across clients. Built on n8n and Power Automate with renewal reminders and Planner integrations. Led the team that shipped it.

A voice agent for a US medical clinic, handling patient follow-ups and appointment booking through DrChrono. Built on Retell AI with GoHighLevel automations. Tuned for the latency and handoff logic that regulated patient conversations actually need.
