the problem
The client needed a scaled outbound motion covering prospect sourcing, enrichment, multi-channel outreach (email plus LinkedIn), and qualification, without their BDRs losing hours a day on manual research and personalization. The existing stack was a patchwork of tools that did not talk to each other and left reps copy-pasting between tabs.
the approach
Built the pipeline on n8n as the orchestration layer, wiring together Fullenrich and Apollo for sourcing and enrichment, Unipile for LinkedIn automation, and Anthropic and Perplexity for the reasoning steps: personalization, qualification logic, and lead scoring. Built a unified dashboard as the single pane of glass so the client's team could track prospects, replies, and qualification status without touching the underlying tools. Worked solo through the first 60% to nail the architecture, then brought in team members to parallelize the remaining workstreams.
the outcome
Measurable lift in daily personalized outreach volume across email and LinkedIn. The unified dashboard gave the client's team a real CRM view they could act from. Specific metrics withheld per client agreement.
the lessons
Multi-channel outbound systems live or die on the qualification layer. Sending volume is easy; filtering what comes back so reps only touch real opportunities is where the actual leverage is.
